3 天系统化成型课程是基于塑料角度（与传统机器角度相反）的入门课程，主要面向那些想要在其工厂内开发系统化注塑方法的人员。完成该课程后，学员能够更好地理解如何开发独立于机器的工艺、如何使用数据改进现有的工艺，以及如何使用科学和系统化方法有效地解决疑难。学员将了解机器、工艺、模具和材料之间的因果联系，以及聚合物性质受影响的方式和原因。这会令他们做出寻求持久解决方案的明智选择，而不是仅采取对工艺进行修复的权宜之计。
