In addition to designing tools for Hobbs Corporation, he designed tooling for vendors. He was responsible for validating and purchasing new automation equipment. As well as for training all the employees in the tool room. He has written training manuals and operating procedures for all the equipment he was responsible for. Gary has had extensive training in machining and failure mode and effect analysis. He has done mold and machine try-outs for tool builders. He is a Six Sigma Green Belt and has spent time in Japan studying and training to be a trainer in Japanese style management. He has been responsible for three start ups at new facilities, where he over saw the planning and implementation fazes of their start-up. A Master MolderSM graduate, Gary is familiar with RJG technology and methodology. With more than 20 years of tooling, processing and management experience, Gary is a welcome addition to our Consulting Team. Gary's duties as a consultant at RJG are to teach all of the training courses offered at RJG, as well as doing in-plant evaluations and working with customers to set-up realistic training programs for their staff. In addition he has updated and co-written some of the course materials for RJG. What some of Gary's students had to say about their training:"I wanted to let you know that the response from
the training was very, very positive. The guys on the floor who had lost
their enthusiasm for injection molding have definitely regained it. I'm
sure that your training will be seen as one of the most important events
in our continued efforts to optimize our molding operations. Thanks again."
